Men Will Be Men
"Justice Verma , Please make amendments n also suggest serious & fast compliance of the laws that men shld Shiver b4 thinking touching a women" were outcry of Aam Admi Party former law minister and also an advocate by profession Somnath Bharti. Oblivious of fact that someday he might have to shiver under a similar draconian law which he plead to create & Justice Verma Oblidged. Trapped in personal juggernaut Bharti was eventually forced to surrender, The allegations tore him like a sword.
The threat was not from outside but from soul mate with whom he shared promises of lifetime. An accused once is accused for lifetime if women is complainant. Bharti enlightenment of "Women Empowerment" took a toll when mother came out as his defendant, All her plight went to deaf ear even Bharti outcry that wife wanted her to be separated from serving her mother could not gather any empathy and rightfully so as through out his lifetime he never himself exhibited the same for fellow Men.
Bharti is not alone to follow this sheepish trait, Jutice Ganguly too vociferously upheld the flag of feminisim through out his life. a mercenary of "Women Empowerment " could never dream his lifelong reputation will taste the dust when an intern alleged him of sexual felony. Retired as a man of laurel from zenith of justice supreme court, the gospels of natural justice " innocent until proven guilty" would have rhymed in his ears . However the impeccable judge could not visualize the tenacity of flaws of the demon created by ourself.
Dr.. Khurshid Ahmed another crusader of women's right was most ill fated of all. Director of Insitute of Social Democracy was among the pioneer of revolutionary "Hang the Rapist" campaign post a hysterical outrage " Nirbhaya" incident. A 24 year colleague of Professor Ahmed alleged him of rape. . Unable to bear the trauma Dr. Ahmed was engulfed on the web he co created with her colleague. Dr. Ahmed choose death as as escape goat as he got the taste of blood he fought through out his life.
Fresh from the Memory lane are the Sarabjeet Singh VS Jaslean Kaur , where road brawl deemed a potential law abiding citizen to a pervert & potential rapist. Rohtak brave hearts were just a little less than noble laureate for taking 3 boys in a bus head on. The boys were shamed without even given an opportunity to express their side of the story. Needless to mention the classic of role reversal of victim becoming a perpetrator for their own gains.
One thing common in all is when men were robbed of their repute , shammed slammed and battered , knocked off their jobs and were brought to gallows on mere accusations. Instant media trial added to their vows where some were broken for their life time some kissed death. The Flip side is the accuser although on a wrong foot got all empathy & sympathy , legally & socially supported, even rewarded for their misadventures without even exploring the other side of the story.
Perception is Men will still consider these cases as exception. Cognizance never struck these advocate of law ,stalwart of Justice , mercenary of womens right the demon they co created. The worst of all is in spite of bitten by the euphoria of feminism, somebody consider the fallacy as coincidence, some thought it is as conspiracy , some consider it fate.
Whatever happened is neither of these, the situation are our own creation , its purely by design and none of coincidence or fate. The bourn supremacy of being a Men is the price men pay for their ignorance. A law born as an outcome of emotional outburst, lacking complete fairness & misguided prejudice will lead the expected deliverable largely deemed as fate, coincidence or conspiracy.
Men failure to empathize with fellow men is nothing unheard of. "This will never happen with me" is self sustained illusion or "He was like that & he deserved it " is the most common prejudice. Martin Luther King said "Injustice Somewhere is threat to Justice Everywhere" however men conveniently ignore the writing on the wall. All men need is a fair law. Asking for "Right to be heard" is it demanding too much?? Judgement on presumption of fairer sex as perpetual victims is it leading to justice??
"If you don't believe Men are victim too than you are part of problem" The agony of Men is common disbelief on fellow men. Ignorance is bliss & men cant stop practicing ignorance. The outlook of men towards men has to conceive. Alas...at this juncture this article will be rubbished and why not after all "Men will be Men"
